U.S. National Digital Currency Sovereignty Centennial Strategy

The whitepaper expands on the “Double Strike + Double Support” doctrine—targeting opaque actors like Tether and Binance, while promoting compliant infrastructures like USDC and Coinbase. The strategy is framed under CIFB (Clearing Illegal Financial Black Markets), a global and domestic doctrine for digital financial security, akin to post-9/11 counterterrorism.

Federal legislation

FedMSB actively represents its members at the federal level, advocating for the interests of the MSB industry in Congress:

Regularly engages with Members of Congress and their policy teams to communicate industry perspectives;

Monitors federal legislation, hearings, and related policy developments in real time;

Collaborates with federal agencies through consultations, working groups, and expert forums;

Drafts and submits policy support letters, industry testimonies, and formal comments.

State legislation

We support our members in achieving policy objectives at the state level, promoting regulatory coordination and compliance efficiency:

Advocates for supportive legislation and promotes dialogue on interstate regulatory harmonization;

Analyzes state-level legislative trends to identify key risks and opportunities;

Prepares policy letters and expert testimonies for state legislatures and regulatory bodies;

Maintains a nationwide system for monitoring and responding to state-level policy developments.
